Just over 35 years ago a great story began. 3 young entrepreneurs came together with a single purpose: to overcome all the challenges they faced.

And that's how Blue Ocean was born. In 1982 the Private Label segment gained an ally in the making of clothes. It did not take long, and six years later, all the know-how acquired boosted the opening of a new and promising caps market, being recognized as the 1st factory in the world to dye ready-made caps.

At the turn of the millennium a partnership marked our history. Mormaii, a Brazilian brand of surfwear articles, has become our first licensee in the production of clothing and caps.

With a focus on innovation and development with excellence, in 2001 we launched a highly technological product, with raw materials of the highest quality. Flexcap has become a great innovation, receiving important attention in the Brazilian market.

Positioned among the leading players in the market, Blue Ocean has focused its efforts on cap production, concentrating the best on aesthetic concepts and international technology.

Values such as sustainability, ecology, productivity, high technology and excellence are some of the pillars that have sustained our business for more than 3 decades. Currently, 9 major licensed brands are part of our portfolio of operations, as well as the Private Label segment, which accompanies us from the beginning.

STRUCTURE

Geographically strategically located, blue ocean has its operations based in paraná, in apucarana, the reference city in the production of caps in the southern region of brazil. In its industrial plant of 5 thousand sm are distributed over 10 departments (stock of products, auto cutting, silk screen, embroidery, laundry, production, finishing, stock of ended products, shipping, product development, call center, sales and financial management).
More than 300 employees specialized in their functions are a soul and heart of our business.
